What I hope to learn from this source:

I want to gain some opposite opinions to used them in my refutation part of my essay.

Note:

Normative model defines that people are rational.
So, people prefer the situations that require less efforts to deal with and choose them which are "good enough".

Final thoughts:

I think this normative model theory is good at refuting my argument but I can find some weak points of this theory. So it will be better for me to use this kind of theory in my refutation part of my essay.
